Our kitchen

Undisputed protagonist of Il Segreto di Pietrafitta is the inimitable cuisine of our chef. The fervent creativity of our chef molds daily exquisit dishes from traditional Tuscan recipes, also possible thanks to the super fresh and rigorously local ingredients. The triumph of flavors that derives from this, results in a culinary experience that you’ll hardly get to taste anywhere else.

Restaurant with panoramic views

Every morning we serve a buffet breakfast made entirely with homemade products, and every evening we’ll present different 3 course menus thought by our chef. Every morning you’ll get to discover what menu was planned for your dinner on that evening, and every day there'll be a choice between the regular menu or the vegetarian menu. Every day you'll also be able to get the "Florentine steak" in case you'd like to taste this Tuscan delicacy! Every meal is served on our panoramic terrace that overlooks the town of San Gimignano, or in our cozy indoor dining area during the colder months of the season.

Cooking lessons

Our guests can learn the secrets of homemade pasta and some other Italian specialties thanks to our cooking lessons. The cooking lessons are possible only with previous reservation.

Our guests can relax in our spacious swimming pool, while admiring the amazing views of the town of San Gimignano.

eBike rental

Would you like to feel the fresh Tuscan air on your skin, while exploring landscapes that are famous all over the world? Taking advantage of our new eBike rental service (mountain bike with an electric pedal-assisting motor), you may enjoy a day in the open air and have a blast, without any efforts!!

Massages

At Il Segreto di Pietrafitta our guests are able to regenerate body and mind thanks to the massages performed by our expert masseuse. The massages will take place in your room, thus guaranteeing maximum comfort and privacy. The massages will have a duration time of 60', and the type of massage can be determined directly with the masseuse, in order to meet your requests for the best!

Extra virgin olive oil

The olives from our garden, kissed by the sun and caressed patiently by the soft Tuscan breeze, give birth to our precious extra virgin olive oil that, with its unmistakable flavor, accompanies every dish that leaves our kitchen.
